16 Jan RENEWAL OF THE CCNL TERZIARIO
On December 12th 2022 Confcommercio- Imprese per l’Italia, Filcams-Cgil, Fisascat-Cisl, Uiltucs signed an extraordinary protocol, as part of the negotiation process for the renewal of the National Collective Employment Agreement which provides for a one-off amount paid in 2 tranches: the first in January 2023 and the second in March 2023 according to the table below.

This sum can’t be absorbed from the “absorbable superminimum” (superminimmo): the extra amount assigned over the minimum salary provided from the National Collective Agreement.
Furthermore, starting from the salary for April 2023, the protocol also provides for the payment of a monthly gross sum, as an advance on future contractual increases. This sum can be absorbed for those who receive an absorbable superminimum:
