We remind you that, with the July 2024 pay slip, each employee in force as at 22^nd March 2024 who is entitled to it will be paid the first instalment of the one-off amounts in relation to the level to which he/she belongs as indicated below:

The amounts indicated above will be re-proportioned in relation to the duration of the relationship and the actual work performed by the employee in the period between 1^st January 2022 and 31^st March 2023.

These amounts will not constitute useful remuneration for severance pay nor will they be counted for the purposes of other contractual provisions.

These amounts will be reduced proportionally in the case of unpaid absences or leave, part-time, suspension and/or reduction of working hours agreed with a union agreement.

We remind you that the amounts paid from 1^st January 2022 by way of future contractual increases shall be considered absorbed by the same one-off payment up to the amount of the same one-off payment.
