RENEWAL, SIGNED ON 12TH APRIL 2023, OF THE ECONOMIC PART OF THE NATIONAL COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT FOR THE EXECUTIVES OF THE TERTIARY, DISTRIBUTION AND SERVICE SECTOR

The contracting parties, by the renewal agreement of the economic part of the National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the executives of the Tertiary, Distribution and Service Sector agreed upon:

  • The payment of a “Una Tantum” amount of € 2.000,00, to be paid in tranches during 2023, (€700,00 with the pay of May, €700,00 with the pay of September, and €600,00 with the pay of November) by way of arrears from previous years (2021 and 2022). This amount will be liable to social security contributions and separate taxation.
  • A salary increase in the minimum base pay of € 450,00 gross per month by 2025 that will be paid in the following terms:

1)  150,00 € per month from December 1st, 2023;

2)  additional 150,00 € per month from July 1st, 2024;

3)  additional 150,00 € per month from July 1st, 2025.

These increases of 150,00 euros may be absorbed by amounts granted on account or advances on future contractual increases, only if the absorbable “superminimum” has been recognized after December 31st, 2019.

Therefore, as from July 1st, 2025, the minimum monthly salary will be € 4.340,00.

  • The payment of the amount equal to € 1.000,00 to each executive in the form of Welfare with effect as of January 1st, 2024, and January 1st, 2025. If a company already has a Welfare Regulation in place by which it provides goods or services through a platform, it may continue to provide the additional services of the value equal to euro 1.000,00 through the same platform, without necessarily having to provide the goods and services through the platform provided by the NCBA.
